Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Nomadic SPF is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nomadic SPF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out through our Contact page so we can assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Nomadic SPF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
At this time, Nomadic SPF currently ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
