Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.
